Input Needed! Take the 300 W Corridor Survey!

Salt Lake City Transportation Planner Will Becker recently reached out for input on rebuilding the 300 W corridor in Salt Lake City. If you frequent 500 S-2100 S, now is your chance to help reshape busy and growing area.

Here is a note from Will:

Salt Lake City will be rebuilding the 300 West corridor between 500-2100 in 2021. I am a member of the project team responsible for (public involvement, transportation engineering, community relations, etc.) The project is early in the design stage and we are seeking input from the community to help us reimagine the corridor and design the project to meet not only safety, accessibility, and  transportation needs, but also to make the corridor an attractive and welcoming place for everyone.

As a community organization on or near the corridor, I am asking for your help to ensure the design team hears from as many voices as possible so their perspectives, needs, and ideas can be included in the project design. Can you help by distributing the following survey and encouraging your members and networks respond by October 10? The data gathered will be used by the design team to develop project improvements.

The survey can be taken directly at: https://slcgov.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3EjW83qB2u8Nz4p. It’s also available on the website below.

More information about the project is available on our website at    https://www.slc.gov/mystreet/2019/04/25/300west/. Our project team can be reached at 300west@slcgov.com and 888-966-6624.
